Can I change a reservation if the weather is not so good (raining etc)?
– Yes, but you will need to let us know at least one day before the tour starts.
Do you offer discounts to children, students, seniors or groups?
– Discounts are provided to children and larger groups if specified for an appropriate tour. Where it is not clearly specified, there are no discounts available.
Are prices for walks, tours, excursions final?
– There are no hidden extras: no extra service charges, taxes, booking fees or credit card fees. In some tours if advised you need to purchase entrance to national parks (in some private tours).
How do I receive the ticket / voucher for my tour?
– On receipt of your reservation we send you a booking confirmation by email. Email confirmation is your ticket. Print it out and present it at the start of the excursion or cruise. If you can’t print the confirmation email, you can provide your booking code to the guide.
Are Prices Inclusive of Taxes?
Ticket prices are per person, per boat, per private tour, including all taxes.
Do you guarantee a place on a tour if I just turn up at the meeting point showed on map?
– No. You need to book online to be 100% sure of a place. We have no cancellation charges so you can cancel anytime up to one hour before the tour starts, so there is no risk for you.
Do you just offer tours only in English?
Tours offered on our website are conducted primarily in English. But if you want to book private tour with us please send us request so we can organize tour on your language if it is possible.
What kinds of vehicles do you use?
– If the tour is provided with a vehicle, mostly we use minibuses with seats for 5, 8, 14, 19 or 21 passengers. For private excursions you have an option to specify the model or type of vehicle which might suit you best (for example you might prefer a minibus instead of a sedan etc, subject to availability).
Do you offer discounts for large groups?
– For groups of 20 people or more, we can arrange at no extra cost a private boat exclusive to your group. For even larger groups we can provide special discounts. Please try to contact us.
Can you organize for me customized tour for my group?
– Yes of course we can. Please just send us your wishes and we will organize tour just for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
– We accept major credit cards if you book through online booking system. We just accept cash payments directly in our office at Matije Gupca 2a, 23000 Zadar. Payments by bank transfer are possible for customized tours and excursions.
What currencies do you charge in?
All the services in Croatia are charged in Kuna (Croatian currency). Foreign currency can be exchanged in banks, exchange offices or travel agencies. Please visit the Central Bank of Croatia ( www.hnb.hr) website for the most current exchange rates.
What should we wear?
The weather is unpredictable and often wet especially on boat tours. Bring layered clothing and a water proof jacket, some bag with reserve clothes.
